One thing for sure is: If IPIX is denied some grant funding money it will substantiate the fact that the whole process is rigged!

The PR says the researchers are collaborating on the grant application. I suspect they know the officials in the agency where they plan to submit the grant request (NIH, NSF?) I further suspect they have already greased the
skids and the agency is already following the action. For these reasons I think the grant will be approved in the blink an eye.
