“The feasibility study is not an asset. It's just a thick book sitting on the shelf. Sorry to break it to you. “

No your wrong again.

“” Types of Mining Industry Assets

Mining assets can be divided into two main categories: projects and operating mines.

1. Projects

Projects in the mining industry can be broken down into the exploration and feasibility stage, and the planning and construction phase.

Exploration and Feasibility
The purpose of exploration is to find ores that are economically viable to mine. It begins with locating mineral anomalies, after which discovering and sampling confirms or denies that there is a find. It can be further proven through drilling programs and resource definition.””

This line of thinking is frustrating to me.

Would we ever get to a position where Niocorp (where MS is CEO) would go into default with MS? Then Niocorp (where MS is CEO and owns, what, 10% of shares outstanding) has to sell assets at firesale prices to satisfy loan requirements.

What are we talking about here.

bad example, should MS be selling his house at a loss today in order to make sure to not go delinquent on an auto payment? same thought process.

What am I missing here.
