Board members legally have to be updated with the state where incorporated. Vicente Fox is not a board member. He has NEVER been a board member. It is not a subjective thing just a fact. All the verbal bantering is salesmanship period. Again Fox is not nor has ever been a board member.
HLIX execs making comments is a liability. Like Venegas telling employees who are also shareholders of impending transactions but not sharing with all shareholders is a SEC issue especially as they are free to trade that stock and zero action taken to inform them of insider rules. But hey need to do something to distract when the fat man got no actual game or skill.
