Right but if I’m not mistaken, the 10-K has to be posted within 15 days of being late

None of the reporting issues takes away from the facts. This company is selling the most wanted product on the planet right now. Right place, right product, right time and now with FDA approval, in other words they’re selling chickens faster than they can count them.

I moved out of Northern NJ almost 15 years ago, but because I'm lazy, I still send my personal tax data to a CPA there to do our routine returns. This was mid March.

He usually finishes them within a few days of receipt but this year he told me we would use the Covid extension. When I asked why, he said the office was focusing all their efforts to work on PPP Loans for their clients! I never would have expected that & I haven't seen this reason posted here?

Regarding "logistics", think about this craziness: My younger son is living & working in Northern NJ. He does HVAC/plumbing work which NJ deemed "necessary". He bought a used truck in March that he still can't register/drive because NJ DMV is CLOSED! Imagine if he didn't have another vehicle. You can "renew" online, but can't register/get tags. They are reopening the DMV on June 29th.

The rules & situation in NJ is very similar to NY so I think this is relevant.

I live in Westchester and work in Manhattan, so a good person to ask on this. CPA firm were designated as essential businesses in NY, so they stayed open. The problem is that people weren't commuting into the office and presumably, with extensions, public accountants aren't working their 80-100 hour business season weeks. As a result, everything is getting pushed back a ton.
