Correct. If this were early stages I would be concerned. EVERYTHING screams with boxes all checked other than financing it is ready to start and break ground. Millions of dollars have already been spent, time has been utilized, for what? To make ALOT of money. I have never met Mark, but he seems like he knows what he is doing. He has done this before. He is well known. He is confident. I will wait longer. Mark will come through even if I am disappointed that it will take a little bit longer. Guess my wife will not like when I buy some shares here with all the week hands letting go their shares.
