A while ago, a claim was made that somehow, in some strange new paradigm, erhc did not have to file required SEC reports. After having trading in its shares suspended, then banished to the grey market with SEC seeking to revoke its shares all because of erhc's delinquency in filing the required information, it became obvious and factual that the claim that erhc didn't have to file was erroneous and absurd.
Now it appears the groundwork is being done to clear the way for another absurd claim. This one being that erhc is not required to disclose material events. Will it never end?
