The SC ain't the admin or Congress - the court will get 'er done without foot dragging. However, don't expect to see the stock price rocket up at that point. The real value is the help in negotiating the rest of the cases and getting the process as far along as possible - because at that point your boy Mark will have a little more certainty that he won't be around next Feb.
