This is a misnomer, there are a lot of real companies on the OTC with revenues and such, they just often lose a ton of money and need to survive on dilution to keep the lights on, just like TLSS
No one is denying it is a real company, it just comes to whether it is investment worthy or just a trade.
People want it to be a real company but then want to apply OTC P&D type valuations. That is the issue.
