Great to hear, as it helps me assure I didn't misinterpret the terms. So in summary, the lowest "trading price" thus far (since June 8) was .083 (unless my memory has failed me). At 80% of .083, IF for instance they did the $1,042,157 investment all at once, it would yield 15,695,135 shares. But the terms clearly disallow a resulting ownership % greater than 9.99%. As of 6/3, our total Outstanding Shares total was 60,677,475. If you do the math, I believe they'd be limited to approximately 6.7 Million shares (again, assuming they invested all the money during the 10 BUSINESS days beginning 6/8).
