3. I don't think anyone is betting against this"company", rather just hoping, reluctantly, for some sort of gain. It ain't worth selling at these levels.

Two other statements Leo made many years ago were: 1. He would not sell anything until CTIX/IPIX received maximum value for each piece or all together and 2. Maximum value would not be realistic until Phase 3 whether CTIX had to go it alone or with a partner.
He has been true to his word on both statements.
