How? Right now IF you buy a Warrant to convert to a Share, you are actually underwater as you pay $1.70 + 11.50 = $13.20 for a stock trading at $10.70..

So loss = 13.20 -10.70 = $2.50 for each warrant

Isn’t the stock cheaper than the warrants right now when you factor in the conversion cost?
