Looks like they are changing the name back to halberd.

It was nothing but a scam ploy to bilk traders out of their cash.

We have abandoned that name and have decided to stick with the name “Halberd Corporation.” With everything uploaded to the OTC Markets website, we hope to be designated as "Pink Current Information", as early as tomorrow. Stay tuned for further updates.

The main problem with this claim is the ticker and stock in the amount of 2 Billion shares was transferred to Alaric.
