Yes more shares you have get you more TML shares. But that was not the point.

Where I went wrong was in thinking that over time as more shares holders buy in the pro-rata would change. But it changes only if the total FF Out Standing shares increases. I assumed that it would but that was a wrong assumption. The # of shareholders can increase without OS shares increasing. So if FF total shares does not increase it will not matter when the Record date it set. Is that correct?
