That's not really a fact. There is no guarantee that they are going to move forward with B-UP. Highly unlikely that they will before we do a B-UC Phase 2.

Our cash position will be fixed by B for covid and B-OM partner.

I'm hoping so with COVID. As for B-OM I'm concerned that we got a January PR about engaging Locust Walk to negotiate licensing deals for B-OM but had no mention of it in the most recent 10-Q.

The AS deal is largely irrelevant to whether we survive as a company. It only served to illustrate what a poor bargaining position we have. I fear that's why things were very quiet regarding B-OM in the latest filing.

I believe covid will come first with 10s of millions in grant research money and then B-OM 10s of millions will come later. LW knows what they’re doing if you’ve listened to all their webcasts lately."

So it's cheaper to subcontract out the work to AS? What are ipix's contractual arrangements with them?
