That's a silly question. Of course not. But just because they are going doesn't guarantee a deal. And even more so, a deal that's good for equity.

Yes, im watching. But definitely not counting my chickens, or pretending something exists, that currently doesn't...like bids, or a done deal.

Livinggood, yes, these are real business people looking for plays to increase their own portfolio. As Warren Buffet says, buy when there is blood in the streets and it sounds like exactly what these entities, individuals have in mind.

This could get very, very exciting if one or a combination of these Players wants to make a move just as the economy is ready to hit a serious stride. My view, this is perfect timing to expand on the cheap.

This JCPNQ BK case could be over within a month to a few days if the Players agree to purchase JCPNQ OUT-OF-Bankruptcy!
