I don't bit the company will have an OS over 1B shortly as the 532M warrants get exercised and there is still further debt to covert into shares and an acquisition of any size would take a crap ton of shares for it to be worth it.
I think they won't do a large acquisition until they get all the dilution out, do a 100 to 1 or greater split then issue the large chunk of shares for any acquisition. Only way it really makes sense
