You do understand they probably aren't going to advance B-UP until they find out if B-UC does a sufficient job with a better delivery method right? I don't think we are going to see another payment from AS unless B-UC phase 2 fails. Even if we do, they will need to at least do a phase 2B before a phase 3. It will be at least another year before we see the first $1M payment best case.
They signed the deal nearly a year ago. It did virtually nothing for our cash problem. Leaves us with a chicken/egg problem. If we don't get a B-UC failure, B-UP probably won't progress. So where does the money for B-UC phase 2 come from?
