I am not sure the outcome of Selia will have a big impact on the release plans as they are already in motion. Calabria acts as both a regulator and as a conservator. The ruling could affect him as regulator but they could argue not as conservator.

Thanks Dax1 - in regard to the 19 cases - I don't know what would be a normal number of cases left to decide at this point in the term. However, I thought I had read that they had stopped accepting new cases temporarily at some point due to the pandemic so maybe the odds of deciding Seila law now may be higher than normal and so thought a reasonable expectation would be anywhere from May 15 to June 30.
