Interesting scenario. All DECN smoked out was the actions that led to the suspension. They now can go back and forward if they want to and investigate more. Most of the time the suspension is punishment enough.

Berman may have some kit that is valuable with his impedance test.

It would be interesting to see quite a few questions investigated but the SEC might have bigger fish to fry or waste time with than DECN. Maybe Berman knows this and that gives him the balls to call the SEC investigators all kinds of names on the internet. Does anyone think berman did not assist with that dopey letter?

Shocking that we haven't heard from Bozo's right hand man as to whether there is a DECN filing or not. Maybe Bozo-Berman is keeping this one close to the vest?

I already put in my 2 cents yesterday, laying out the possibility that the "shareholder letter", obviously written by Berman, is his clever way of getting his "they are all liars and all against me" case out to his sheep, without filing his own rebuttal, formally, and risk having the SEC lawyers bitch-slap him back, in a public rebuttal filing. This possibility grows more likely with each passing day.

Think about it! Why put these rants in a shareholder letter, if he was going to say the same thing in a filing, at nearly the same time?

The soap opera/comedy, disguised as a company, DECN, continues!
