mick good luck with board. seems like a great concept ! Ill just throw out a quickie here. New Mexico : Part of it is a real Bargain , great weather , no ac need in mountains and nice winters. Land is cheap in some areas . got to be careful of water rights though and title searches a must because of american indian and old hispanic claims. good look and will be checking periodically . Love cheap beautiful land !
