That doesn't sound quite right. Where do you get your L2 data from? My TD L2 shows about 7K on the ask at.215 then 3500 at .5999 then 250 at a buck and 250 at a buck fifty. Now I do know each MM has backup bids but if they had 300k+ shares on the ask at .22 they would definitely be showing.
