The company was used to rip folks off. It's a busted, dead scam. The company is liable for the fraud as well. The SEC may bring a fraud suit against the company in the near future.

Technically, yes, it can continue on.

But in reality, the court docs say that they were broke and asking investors to pay the rent. This is probably the last nail in the coffin. They will probably file for bankruptcy soon (at which point investors that haven't sold will have lost everything).

I would advise to sell on the Grey Market ASAP. It is better to get something in return, then lose it all.
