As the convertible notes mature the holder gets warrants/shares to sell to recoup their principal plus profit. Notes are maturing and a lot of shares are being sold, especially when there are so many eager to buy. But the chart shows how this blip has been the pattern repeated over the past 10 years. The last shows the small (but profitable) blip with a large volume. Notice the curve. (Doesn't seem much like a stock of the century to me!)
