You may not have proof but I do and it's solid. Have you listened to the recent calls?

The Definitive Answer To Nader's Sale

Here is how we know Nader covered 84% of the debts through a few simple deductions:

1. Nader is involved in a lawsuit where misstatements and falsehoods will get him dunked on. So he wouldn't make such mistakes and that is why his lawyer crafted his definitive statement on his selling of stock.

2. If Nader was lying and invoking his attorney, his attorney by staying silent would be on the hook for fraud and the perjury that would take place at trial.

3. Fraud and perjury in this matter would be easily detectable because of the quarterly release of financial data. That data will contain the influx of cash from Nader.

4. Opposing council will be asking for proof that Nader sold the shares and took some of that money to pay CYDY's debts.

Therefore because there are multiple ways for any fraud to be exposed, any claims disproved, Nader, his lawyer and anyone with material knowledge of the events wouldn't expose themselves to that kind of liability by lying.

So Why Sell? Why Cover CYDY's Debts?

It makes good business sense. First it keeps the company afloat, it's a sign of confidence in the company when you are putting your money on the line to fund it. Like someone claiming a CEO should by stock in their company if they believe in it, a CEO should also be expected to fund his company if needed because they believe in it.

It makes good sense for the lawsuit. It continues Nader's trend of looking out for the company. When he took the helm he used his own money to pull it out of bankruptcy. Again he is acting to protect the company, so it's product can get approved and get to market.

Finally it makes good tax sense. By putting money into the company, he can use that as a write off against the profits taken from the sale. I won't fault anyone taking every tax break available.
