That post in almost its entirely is Science Fiction. Meaningless jargon sprayed about liberally and devoid of any technical merit whatsoever. An indecent assault on the body of established Physics, in fact!
Throw in a couple of flux capacitors and you can use it to travel in time, I am sure.

This is supposed to be a medical device not schrodinger's cat.
The existence of a working test would be simplicity itself to prove. Hundreds of others have already done it. Not DECN.
The absence of that speaks volumes.

Add in that SARS COV 2 virus (as opposed to antibodies) is only found in blood in about 1% to a maximum of about 20% of the sickest of cases, so trying to detect it there is a waste of time as a diagnostic tool, and the picture becomes a pretty straightforward one.
