After a reverse split 95% go down big time. Like NSPX has on both their reverse splits.

I know that as I had a series 7 and spent years on the market doing investments before changing careers with the burst of the dot com bubble. However I have found that reverse splits generally result in a slow death for many companies. Not total but it’s definitely a big negative , unless done for a Nasdaq listing. Thanks
