Don't believe Val has anything to do with MDGC at present. MDGC was taken over by a merger company in Las Vegas that decided to not continue the process, as MDGC is not registered in Nevada. Since that time many 100's of millions of shares have traded No word who is the new owner or what intentions they have. Perfect R/M candidate.
