OTCX is just the electronic exchange that orders can be routed to and hide the lot sizes. CCI could have order routed through NITE still. No way to know for sure.

CCI did a deal with the ticker WEBB and OTCX moved up near end of last week. Now NITE is on ASK just like here.

I was checking the weekly OTC ATS volume reports and looks like it could be possible that CCI has sold around 4 million since end of March with 3.8 million in May

OTCX moved to .012 and seeing volume come in.

That order dumped down to .01 and was being routed through CSTI. Still believe that was just an order from CCI which wasn't being directly routed to OTCX. Now rest of order sitting at .012 through NITE.
