Jeffrey Low is Sunbeam.
Jeffrey Low if you recall tried to blackmail the company with Ziv Turner's help.
Ziv Turner was terminated from the company.
Turner sued and was awarded 725k in stock.
Turner turned around and made a deal with Sunbeam(Jeffrey Low) and in exchange for the stock was given a shell to put his new company into.

Please explain to me how Sunbeam would be in a situation where they would be giving money to the company.
