Interesting as its worded. 9.75 million in Debt in EXCESS of////


Are they saying that the debt is 9.75 million above and is excess of what they have in cash?

If so...then what is the TOTAL Debt.

45 + 9.75 million in appears to mean or express that the debt is actually 54.75 which is 9.75 in Excess to CASH.

Or do they mean...They have 9.75 million tied up in Debt with 45 million in cash on hand.

Wording can be important at such times.

Maybe they should have simply said >> They have 45million in cash on hand with 9.75 million carried in debt.
