They need to just shut up about uplisting until they qualify for NASDAQ. Forget NY and go for the exchange that fits their business. We need real news, wheres the distributer that was promised a week ago, guess the gov grant is gone, non dilutive financing gone, still 7 months away from BLA approval, where is BPs' article, how about the 5-6 partners he has been spewing about. I'm happy NP got a nice raise before he stuck the SH with another 15% dilution.
Venture Cap, yes, and good point. That's one reason they need more money. They're building out the team with highly professional individuals. NP and the BOD KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!
