MOTION TO DISMISS, HOW to do it, please??
My Mom worked for JCP for 16 years. Totally fxxked by this company. Has shares pre-bankruptcy, from company retirement plan.
We also have shares in TD that were bought pre-bk.
What is the EASIEST way to file? Is there a US BK court site where it can be filed? Please explain. We'll do it immediately.
I'm in New York, but she is in Houston.
