THE QUESTION IS WHY PAY 100X THE GOING VALUE OF A SHELL FOR HDII VS ANOTHER, CLEANER SHELL FOR $200K?

What can possibly make HDII worth that premium?

That is the real question here for anyone believing that it is anything but a fantasy...
