That isn't even a question. He will DEFINITELY have majority ownership.

Not only that, but it won't even be close. He will own about 95% of the vote forever more after the reverse split.

The only shares that don't reverse split are his special voting shares (which are currently worth 400 million shares). But after a 40:1 reverse split, they will be worth about 16 BILLION shares (in today's #s).

That is one of the major reasons Kim wants this reverse split so badly. It will allow him to be king of KBLB forever more (without the ability for ANYBODY to challenge him (even the Board)), and it will allow him to sell all 225 million shares on the open market whenever he pleases.
