I'm engaged in that process as we speak. You wouldn't believe the bargains here. People will practically or even really give you property with old crap houses on it, because the old house has to be torn down and removed. And the government will pay hefty rent for single moms, of whom there are plenty here. Properties can pay for themselves in as little as three years. But it's a shit place to live, and a shit business to be in. But for a guy who doesn't mind getting dirty, it's a way to die rich. Want to join me? I'm interested in getting investors and partners involved.

realest , i have at least three friends in ar. two around perryville,ar and one lives on a golf course recently built there.

one of my firends said some land is a steal there. just a matter of time for new developers to hit the areas for the most traffic in a mall,etc.

traffic i means shoppers , etc.

we do know ar. is a high humid area to live at during the summers. some move back to the place where they relocated from.

those friends moved there and moved back to chgo.,il.
