Hey where is you're hard proof (links, articles etc) to back up you're numbers below— you're not expecting us to take your word for it, are you?, and don't omit the 99.9% purity from your evidence.

CLQ: $750-1500/kg
PGM: $1550/kg (up from their PFS number of just $500/kg)
SCY: $2000/kg
and the only other North American potential producer, Imperial Mining, assumes $1500/kg.
