Delisting doesn’t occur automatically because it filled for bankruptcy, you do know that right?
The delisting occurs only when NYSE requirements aren’t met. For beginners it must be below $1.00 for more than a month
Second, volume must be lower than a certain amount for a month... and a few other things. NYSE is a bit more picky than the nasdaq exchange.
So far HTZ is doing amazing, just look at the volume and price pick up, ( THERE MUST BE SOMETHING GOOD HAPPENING , or else no institution would even bother the efforts of picking up the price that much .80-3.40 in two days the only thing an institution would do is shorting it to death when it was at .80) ... just the shorties are scaring the folks who are holding or thinking about jumping in.
