Looks like you got at least two: Chompiee and Professor. Both gave you sound advice. Sorry about my posting 50 times per day but I am still looking for that toaster I was promised. :-)

You’re not going to get that here. Dig deeper on your due diligence. Email the company when you have questions. Look to social media for clues. Piece together info and hope this stock is a homerun. The technology is amazing. Kim stopped the momentum last year when the RS was revealed. Could we have uplisted organically had he not done that? Possibly. But because of that setback the company is going to RS and uplist.

Still hoping to make a killing on this stock. Have done well holding but am looking for more.

If you have any doubts about this company, and you are comfortable with your current position, I’d stay around till the end of the year. At least see how the stock reacts to being on a bigger board and contracts being announced.

There is wisdom in having many advisors.

Proverbs 15:22

“Without counsel purposes are disappointed: but in the multitude of counselors they are established”

Hear all counsel and decide. Sometimes Kim listens to bad counsel, but overall he is doing well enough.

Do some research on calculating intrinsic value, discounted cash flows, distinguising between growth and maintenance capex, cash producing assets, owners earnings. Gaurenteed once you get your head wrapped around it all a whole new world will open up to you in your investments and feeling of safety in your picks in the market, granted you are willing to put in the time it takes. There is no reveune in this company and its value is purely what people are currently willing to pay for it today based on their future expectations. The potential here is beyond comprehension but we are very far from any gaurenteed retuns without product being produced and sold conisistently.
