I'm not here to defend Tedro but he never said they wouldn't get the air permit. His main point, or one of his main points, is that the scandium pricing projections in the FS are pie in the sky. No one, including you, has come up with a credible refutation of this point, and let's at least be honest enough to admit that the Niocorp news release on the scandium offtake did not mention price.
