Here are the facts. Do your own research. I got my information from Data statistician. Normal time from last event to data lock approximately 21 days. Approximate time from lock to data read 4 to 6 weeks. According to them there have been cases where data input was loaded in the computer program in 40 to 60 hours. I assume these were ones that kept very good records along the way.
