I think that’s just a matter of time. The RS will not be for uplist purposes. It will simply be to clean up the share structure.

Anshu realizes that we are not ready for the big boards. I will at least give him credit for that. He knew when to pull the plug on that notion.

But either way, they have to get the RS authorization on file first. Right now, they haven’t done that yet.

The share structure has not changed. They were already common shares in the float - they just sold some of them.
