Again, not disagreeing with your post but the real issue is whether or not they sold unregistered shares, with no qualifying exemption to the public. Clearly, there needs to be an explanation.
I would imagine that Petar and company read this board. If they do, they have a choice, and that's been what many of us sporadic posters have said many times, "show us the money, all of it," as promised or face the consequences. If shares were sold for personal gain during the periods of PR's, they sure as hell better be buying them back very quickly and, then making sure that all businesses PR'd to be in the public entity are in the public entity. (As posted many times, that's not to defend the company in any way and just my opinion.)
We don't have the answers, we want and deserve the answers. But, again, let's be precise and to the point rather than all over the place with opinions posted as factual.
