Nobody, including the attorneys, has yet successfully "reigned in" CEO Keith Berman. I don't think it happened with the 8000 word Brief. Berman's ego won't allow being "reigned in", which seems similar to one of our more prominent politicos! The "god-comlex" always takes over!
