Other than PRs announcing the intent to uplist you won't see status of a company's application for uplisting.

In fact the only person(s) who can see it are the authorized agents of the company handling the application: So this isn't open to the public.

So where is CYDY's proof of applying for a uplist?

"are being" is not the same as has been done. Just like initiates and transition doesn't mean it's done.
