That's my understanding, a good number of the PPP folks were pulled back in to retail, gyms, barber shops, Dr. offices, etc. Not new hires, but shows the PPP is helping. Now when PPP money ends, that's a real open question, will others be hired?.
Not sure why the estimates didn't think this was going to happen in their poor forecasts?
