Never read that they thought they would be on nasdaq in 2 Weeks... pretty sure wit just said something along the lines of being on nasdaq soon... also don’t think their lawyers are skilled in sec law, it’s the legalities around what can and can’t be published/removed from the internet and the how to get that done
