not "possible." MFAC stated it IS in a deal with a digital banking platform. and imo these warrants are very cheap compared to some of the past SPACs at these same prices. in others including FMCI, with the stock around the 10.50-10.80 area, the warrants were worth $2-2.50. not sure why MFAC/WS is only trading at .50....
