I think most are focusing on the wrong part of this new development with Medtronics. Read the news in the link above carefully. Titan has secured $10 million upfront from a separate license agreement. The additional $31 million is simply incentive based and is completely independent of the aforementioned $10 million. Talk about motivation!? Then read the second to last paragraph. Medtronics purchased Mazor Robotics for $1.7 billion in 2018. Hope this explains the prolific eod run. Medtronics is simply too big to dismiss this as anything other than good news for Titan shareholders.
