Why would they not be looking out for their own best interests?? Can’t use this R/S and share issuance to discount the value of their business and it’s valuation, whatever it might be.
What value do the current investors such as myself bring to the table? 30 cents instead of 10 cents by flipping around a penny stock? Why should we expect to get a free ride off someone else’s business when our investment in the company adds up to peanuts.. what sorta value have we added?
It’s the early investors fault for thinking the company was going to give them a ton of equity for adding 0 value, its a foolish way of thinking to begin with.
