I don’t want to fuel groundless speculation, but I think IGEN is a prime takeover candidate given its
1) dirt cheap valuation
2) increasing frequency and scope of share purchases by insiders
3) Neil’s recent track record.
For those that have LinkedIn, take a look at Neil Chan’s profile. The last 2 companies that we was involved with were acquired. It could be just a coincidence and it’s unknown if Neil helped drive the M&A.
In the event that I’m wrong, Neil’s track record seems impressive and his accomplishments speak for itself. He’s a biz dev guy in addition to being a career technologist and has helped drive strong growth at his prior companies.
